Return policy

Order Cancellation

We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel the order after the product has been shipped.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service for the return address and further instructions.

Customers only pay one shipping fee, including return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

Returns

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming that the return has been received. You will also be notified that your refund has been approved or denied.

If the refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically return the funds to your original payment method within 10 days (depending on your payment provider).

Please contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be credited.
